Biography
Lena Hoffmann is a Partner in the firm’s Financial Fraud Litigation group. Before joining Whitfield & Crane she served as a public prosecutor in Frankfurt, where she led prosecutions of investment-fraud and Ponzi-scheme operators for nine years.
She represents victims and institutions in civil recovery actions, freezing orders and enforcement proceedings before German and EU courts, often running parallel tracks to criminal investigations.
Lena is admitted as a Rechtsanwältin in Germany and is a graduate of Goethe University Frankfurt. She writes and speaks frequently on fraud litigation strategy.
